Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

Domestic Shipping (In india): 3–7 business days
International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

Incorrect Addresses

Nookaroo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist with a claim.
Nookaroo is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or natural events.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale/clearance items (optional—remove if you allow returns)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
