What are Nookaroo scratchers made from?
The scratching surfaces use dense recycled cardboard, selected for a texture many cats naturally enjoy. Product pages show the construction and care details for each design.
What is the difference between Agatha and Bennu?
Agatha supports horizontal scratching and lounging. Bennu supports upright scratching and a full-body stretch. The Signature Duo gives your cat both orientations.
Will it work for every cat?
Cats have individual surface and angle preferences, so no scratcher can guarantee use. Match the design to your cat’s current habits and place it where scratching already happens.
Can I customize the shape or finish?
Not currently. The collection is intentionally focused so every piece can be produced consistently and shown accurately before you buy.

Where should I place the scratcher?
Start near a place your cat already scratches, rests, wakes up, or passes frequently. Scratching is partly communication, so a hidden corner is often less appealing than a meaningful spot.
What if my cat ignores it at first?
Give it time, keep the placement consistent, and reward any interest with play, praise, or a favorite treat. Avoid punishment or forcing paws onto the surface; calm redirection works better.
Should a multi-cat home have more than one scratching area?
Often, yes. Cats benefit from multiple, separated resources so one cat cannot block another. Place options in the rooms and routes your cats actually use.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.
How long will my order take?
Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–4 business days after processing. It is free on orders of $70 or more; Bennu, Agatha, and the Signature Duo qualify automatically. Express shipping typically takes 1–2 business days when available. How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number when your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for the carrier to show movement.
What if my package says delivered but is missing?
Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. If it is still missing, email offers@nookaroo.com with your order number and we’ll help review next steps.
Returns & order issues
What is your return window?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, and in their original condition and packaging.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us before sending anything so we can provide the right instructions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email offers@nookaroo.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number plus clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review it quickly.
When will I receive an approved refund?
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Banks and card providers may take 5–10 business days to post the credit after it is processed.
