At Nookaroo, we want you and your cat to love every purchase. If something is not right, we’re here to help.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unassembled, unmodified, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned

Gift cards
Personalized or custom-made items
Items clearly marked Final Sale before purchase

Discounted items are not automatically final sale unless they were clearly identified that way before checkout.

How to start a return

Email offers@nookaroo.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Wait for our return instructions before sending the item.
Package the item securely and ship it using the instructions provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund after it is processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at offers@nookaroo.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund.
